Currently Diverse Power provides service to thousands of customers in Coweta, Muscogee, Meriwether, Heard, Harris and Troup county Georgia as well as Chambers County Alabama.

How to Pay the Bill

Diverse Power provides several easy and convenient methods for customers to pay your monthly bill. The available options include:

Pay online: Customers can pay your Diverse Power bill online by visiting https://bill.diversepower.com/bpp/login.aspx. This service is free and only requires customers sign-in with your account information on the website.

Automatic deduction: You can ensure a timely payment when you select to have your Diverse Power bill payment deducted from your checking or savings account.

Pay by phone: You can make a Diverse Power bill payment by calling a customer service representative at 800-845-8362.

How the Penalty Fees Work

You may notice the monthly and non-recurring service charges or fees added to your Diverse Power billing statement or account. The fees assed on a monthly or non-recurring basis include:

  • Membership – $5
  • Connection – $15
  • Reconnection – $15
  • Returned check – $30
  • Reconnection (after disconnection) – $20
  • Reconnection (after disconnection – after hours) – $60
  • Meter testing – $30
