Automatic deduction: Customers that do not want to worry about your Southern Electric bill payment arriving late can sign up for automatic deduction. The funds are deducted from your checking or savings account on the due date or a date of your choosing.

  • Fuel Direct – This government program provides assistance to qualified customers. The fund is set-up specifically for customers in a financial crisis.
  • Careline – Southern Electric will not terminate the service of customers currently enrolled in this program. To qualify, you must meet certain income, age and household guidelines.
