Seminole County Water offers several methods for customers to pay your bill. The available methods include online bill payment, payments sent via mail, in-person payments and phone payments. You have the ability to make payments using credit cards, debit cards, cash, check and electronic checks.
Pay online: Customer can pay your Seminole County Water bill online by visiting http://egov.seminolecountyfl.gov/Click2GovCX/Index.jsp. You have the ability to make payments with a credit card or a debit card. There is a $2 convenience fee added to your payment.

How the Penalty Fees Work
Seminole County Water charges a wide variety of fees on a one-time and monthly basis. Fees include connection, disconnection, returned checks and security deposits.
- Initial service – Seminole County Water charges customers a connection fee of $30 during regular business hours and $35 after regular business hours.
- Disconnection – In the event your Seminole County Water service is terminated, the fee is $25 during regular business hours and $30 after regular business hours.
- Insufficient funds – Customers are charged a fee of 5% of their payment amount when the payment is returned for insufficient funds. The minimum amount assessed to customers is $10 and the maximum amount is $25.
- Illegal use – Customers that use Seminole County Water services unauthorized are charged a fee of $500 per occurrence.
- Security deposits – Seminole County Water charges customers a security deposit, but did not inform us of the exact amount.
I Can’t Make a Payment

- Payment arrangements – The Seminole County Water customer service representative we spoke to informed us that the company offers payment arrangements for customers that can’t pay your bill. They recommended customers call prior to receiving a delinquent notice.
- County assistance programs – Seminole County Water did not provide a list of agencies, but recommended that customers that can’t pay your bill contact them for assistance.
