Pay online: Customers can pay your McKinney Water bill online by visiting https://my.mckinneytexas.org/citizenaccess/. You will need to enter your email address and password. There is no service fees associated with online bill pay.
Automatic payment: Customers can have your McKinney Water bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis. The customer does not incur a service fee with recurring payments.

McKinney Water provides services to the citizens of the town which require service fees. The majority of the fees are added to the current McKinney Water bill, unless stated otherwise.

- Meter test – $30 (during business hours) and $50 (after business hours)
- Reconnection – $30 (during business hours) and $50 (after business hours)
- Insufficient funds – $25 per occurrence
- Late payment – 10% of the total bill amount due.
I Can’t Make a Payment
The customer service representative from McKinney Water did not offer information regarding assistance with bill payment. They did inform us that in the event customers are having financial difficulty paying their McKinney Water bill, to call 1-972-547-7550. The customer service representative will speak to the customer about an appropriate payment plan. They did inform us of community resources that offer assistance.
