- Short-term – This service allows customers to extend the due date of your Huntsville Utilities bill up to 12 days past the due date.
- Permanent – This service extends the due date permanently.
- Long-term – This payment arrangement allows customers to pay 50% of the past due balance and defer the remaining 50% until the subsequent bill is due. Your service will not be terminated.
- Installment – This arrangement allows customers to pay a portion of your past due balance along with your current charges.
