How the Penalty Fees Work

  • Delivery of termination notice: $50
  • Field collection of payment: $50
  • Final termination notice: $50
  • 15-day delinquent notice: $15
  • Collection fee for outside agency: $15
  • Returned payment charge: $25
  • Second returned payment charge (of the same payment when submitted a second time): $10
  • Non-payment deposit: Two times the highest utility bill.

The payment plan would break down the total amount due into smaller payments, but the customer would still be responsible for current charges. There may be a down payment required before a payment arrangement is established.
