The balance is evenly dispersed into manageable payments. You are charged a $20 fee when you place your account on a payment arrangement.
- Deferred payment – This service allows you to defer payment to a more convenient date. You are required to pay a minimum of 25% of the past due balance.
- LIHEAP – This service is available through state and federal government agencies. The funds are designed to assist qualified low-income customers pay heating and cooling bills.
