Dallas Water customers should call customer service before choosing any of these payment options if the account is past due or pending disconnection. Some payment options take days to process and service could be interrupted and additional fees tacked onto the account before payment reaches Dallas Water. Customer service is available at 1-214-651-1441 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Pay online: You can pay your Dallas Water bill online at https://epay.dallascityhall.com/bdisu/public/frameset_top_html.jsp. This service is provided by the City of Dallas. Customers must register for access to the website for online payment.

Pay automatically: Automatic payments are deducted from your bank account each month. Customers must have enough money in the account to cover the Dallas Water bill at the time the bill is presented for payment.

Pay by mail: Mail payments should be addressed to the location on the return envelope or Dallas Water bill.
