What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your City of Lodi Bill

The City of Lodi provides water, sewer and electric services to residents living within town limits. Garbage pick-up is included with other utilities. Residents must apply for utility service from the City of Lodi. Applications are accepted at the finance department and applicants must have a picture ID, rental agreement or mortgage and service application. If you are moving back into the City of Lodi, you may have to pay all past due and overdue balances from past accounts before starting new service.

How to Pay the Bill

The City of Lodi only offers a few bill payment options for residents.

Pay online: If you register for online account access, you can pay your City of Lodi bill online at https://www.onlinebiller.com/lodi/. Visa, Mastercard and electronic check payments are accepted online. There is no mention of fees associated with online payment.

Pay by mail: The City of Lodi Finance Department is responsible for all utility payments. Personal checks and money orders should be made out to the City of Lodi and addressed to:

I Can’t Make a Payment

The City of Lodi does not mention payment arrangements or plans for customers having trouble making utility payments.
