How to Pay the Bill

Indianapolis Water provides traditional methods and non-traditional methods for customers to pay your bill. The methods include online payment, automatic deduction, phone payment, payment by mail and in-person payment.

Pay online: Customers can pay your Indianapolis Water bill online by visiting https://paynow7.speedpay.com/Citizenswater/index.asp. You can make payments using your checking account or a valid credit card. A service fee is added to your payments.

Pay by phone: Customers can pay your Indianapolis Water bill by calling 1-317-631-1431. You can make payments using your checking account or credit card. The third-party service provider charges a convenience fee.

Automatic deduction: Customers can pay your Indianapolis Water bill by having the funds automatically deducted from your savings or checking account.
