Colorado Fees:
- Returned payment fee: $15 per returned payment
- Restoration of service: $36 to $50
- Restoration of service after normal business hours: $75
Iowa fees:
- Late payment fee: 1.5% of the past due balance
Kansas fees:
- Late payment fee: 2% of the past due balance
- Collection fee: $15
Nebraska fees:
- Late payment fee: 1% of the past due balance
- Returned payment fee: $20
- Reconnect fee: $30
