You may notice the following service charges and fees on your monthly billing statement or account:
- Late payment – $15 (balances less than $750); $35 (balances greater than $750)
- Over the limit – $35
- Returned payment – $35
- Retuned check – $35
- APR – 15.24% to 24.24%
- Balance transfer – 3% of the balance transferred or $5
- Cash advance – 3% of the transaction or $10
- Foreign transaction – 3% of the transaction amount

When you can’t make your monthly bill payment contact customer service immediately at 1-800-283-1211. Customers have the ability to place your past due balance on a payment arrangement. The balance is paid over the course of several months. You can also request to extend your due date.
