Western Union: Customers can visit a local Western Union to pay your PWC bill. There is a convenience fee associated with each transaction.

Pay by phone: Customers can pay your PWC bill by calling 1-866-735-7743. There is a $3.50 convenience fee associated with making a payment by phone.

How the Penalty Fees Work

PWC recently increased service fees and penalty fees in order to account for rising energy costs. The fees a customer can incur include security deposits, late payment fees and service fees. Additional fees include returned check fees, disconnection fees and reconnection fees.

  • Service – The fees range from $20 to $60 for customers that need service. The fee increases for service performed after regular business hours.
  • Disconnection – In the event your PWC service is interrupted, the company charges $20.
  • Reconnection – When services are reconnected, PWC charges between $30 and $60.
  • Returned checks – Payments returned for insufficient funds are assessed a fee of $25. If the matter is taken to court, the customer is responsible for any additional court costs.
  • Sewer service – PWC customers that require sewer service are charged a fee of $30 per instance.
  • Security deposits – PWC charges new customers a security deposit equal to twice the average of their monthly bill. The total security deposit could exceed $350.
  • Late payment – When payments are received past the due date, PWC charges customers a fee of 10% of the past due amount. The minimum amount charged for late payments is $10.
