What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your Wichita Water Bill

Wichita Water is the water company serving Wichita, Kansas. In addition to providing clean, safe drinking water to customers, the company also treats wastewater. Customers serviced by Wichita Water can pay bills online, in-person and by mail.

How to Pay the Bill

Paying water bills is simple with Wichita Water, but not all payment methods are best for accounts facing past due status. If your payment is bordering on being late, contact the customer service department or drop off the payment at City Hall where the water company office is located.

Pay online: You can pay your Wichita Water bill online at http://www.wichita.gov/mywichita/auth/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/mywichita/waterbill/Default.aspx. You need to register for online account access to make a payment. Payment methods accepted online include electronic check and credit card payments. You may need your enrollment token to register. The enrollment token is a random PIN printed on your bill just above the bill stub.

Pay with EZ Pay: EZ Pay is an automatic payment plan that deducts your monthly bill from your bank account. You must enroll in the program and supply bank account information to Wichita Water to have bills paid automatically. The authorization form for EZ Pay is available from your online account with Wichita Water.

Pay by mail: Personal check and money order payments can be sent to:
