How to Pay the Bill

You can pay your Walton EMC bill in a variety of ways, including by phone, mail and online.

Pay online: The fastest way to pay your Walton EMC bill is via your online account at https://billing.waltonemc.com/bpp/login.aspx. Customers must register for online account access and may have to sign-up for e-bills to make a payment. Credit card and electronic checks are accepted online.

Pay by phone: Customers can use the automated or customer service system to make phone payments. The automated system is available 24 hours a day. Customer service representatives are available during normal business hours to assist customers with phone payments. Call 1-770-267-2505 to make a payment.

Pay by automatic draft: Customers can contact the customer service department to sign-up for automatic payments. Automatic payments are deducted from a bank account on the due date each month. The customer is sent a billing invoice with the total amount due for record purposes only.

How the Penalty Fees Work

Late payment fee: 5% of the past due balance or $20

Service fee associated with non-payment: $30

Consecutive trip fees: $30 each trip

Reconnect service fee: $30

I Can’t Make a Payment

Walton EMC offers a payment plan for customers who need to break up a past due balance into smaller payments. This service does not stop current billing. Other payment assistance is available from:

Senior Citizen Low-Income Assistance: $4 monthly discount

United Way 211: Contact 1-800-924-5085

LIHEAP: The LIHEAP Home Energy Assistance Program is available to low-income Walton EMC customers. This program requires the customer submit an application.
