How to Pay the Bill

The acceptable methods of payment include credit cards, debit cards and electronic checks. Toyota does not charge customers a convenience fee when you pay your bill online.

Pay by phone: Customers can pay your Toyota bill by calling 1-800-874-8822. You will provide the customers service representative your account information and payment.

Automatic payment: Customers can pay your Toyota bill by having the funds automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis. The service is also referred to as AutoCheque.

If you have an account with Billfloat.com, you can pay your Toyota finance bill through them. You will then have an additional 30 days to pay Billfloat back.

How the Penalty Fees Work

We inquired about the fees Toyota adds to customer’s loan in the event they make late payments or a payment is returned for insufficient funds. The customer service representative we spoke to was not helpful. Toyota has a policy to not disclose the terms and conditions of customer’s loan.

I Can’t Make a Payment

  • Payment arrangements – Customers that can’t pay your Toyota bill must call 1-800-874-8822 prior to the due date and speak to a customer service representative. Toyota will discuss applicable payment arrangement that fit your monthly budget. When the payment arrangement is approved, the customer must follow the terms of the agreement or risk default.
  • Credit Life Insurance – This program is designed to cover your Toyota bill payment in the event the lien holder passes away. Approval is based upon the creditworthiness of the customer.
  • Credit Disability Insurance – This program is designed to cover your Toyota bill payment in the event the customer becomes disabled. This service is available during the lease or purchase of a vehicle, not after purchase. Approval is based upon the creditworthiness of the customer.
  • Guaranteed Auto Protection – This service covers your Toyota bill payment in the event your vehicle is a total loss due to an accident. Toyota covers the difference between the amount you own on the loan and the value of the vehicle.
