If you need to make a payment today, contact the customer service department at 1-631-698-9500. Payments are accepted at the customer care center for immediate credit.

Pay online (one-time payment): You can use the SpeedPay service to make your payment online by credit card or electronic check. There is a service fee of $2.95 for each SpeedPay payment.

Pay by phone: Customers can call 1-800-732-3426 to pay by phone. This service is also provided by SpeedPay so the $2.95 service fee applies.

Pay in person: In person payments are accepted at several locations, including the Customer Service Center.

How the Penalty Fees Work

  • Restoration charges: $60 during normal business hours; $200 after hours.
  • Returned check fee: $15 per returned check (may also apply to returned bank payments).
  • Service initiation: $30 (applies for new service and moved service).
