How To Pay The Bill
Suddenlink provides four ways to pay your bill. Customers can pay via phone, online, via the mail, and in person at a payment center. Customers have the option to pay once, or to set up recurring payments. Customers can also choose from traditional paper billing or electronic billing through email.
Make your payment by phone: Call customer service at: 1-888-822-5151. If you use the automated system, you can make your payment any time day or night, for free. If you process your payment with a customer service agent, you must pay during business hours, and you will be charged a “nominal” fee for assistance. This fee amount is not disclosed.

How The Penalty Fees Work
There will an undisclosed late fee applied to payments made after the due date listed on the bill. There will be a fee for returned payments, in addition to what your bank charges you. There will be fees for any unreturned equipment.
