How to Pay the Bill
Pay online: All customers need is an online account to pay your Rocky Mountain Power bill online at https://www.rockymountainpower.net/wum/signin.wcssn.html?cams_login_config=http&cams_original_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.rockymountainpower.net%2Fya%2Fobp.wcss.html&cams_security_domain=system. New users will need access to a current bill to sign up for online account access.
Pay by phone: Customers wishing to make payment by phone can do so through Western Union. There is a fee of $2.80 per payment and customers can pay a maximum of $600 per transaction. Call 1-800-672-2405 for Western Union phone payments.
Pay in-person: In-person payment centers are located in Idaho, Wyoming and Utah. Customers can search for approved payment locations on the Rocky Mountain Power website.
Pay by mail: Payments by mail are accepted in check and money order form. Customers should never send cash through the mail as Rocky Mountain Power cannot guarantee cash payments will be received intact. Mail payments to:

The rates for these fees are published in Schedule 300, according to the tariffs document on the official website. The Schedule 300 document does not appear to be available online and customer service would not comment on any fees.
I Can’t Make a Payment
Customers having trouble making a payment should contact 1-888-221-7070 immediately to set up a payment plan. Payment plans are available to most customers. Some accounts may be denied a payment plan if the account holder has broken payment plans in the past. Other sources of energy assistance include:

- Energy Share of Wyoming
