How to Pay the Bill

Pay by phone: Customers wishing to make payment by phone can do so through Western Union. There is a fee of $2.80 per payment and customers can pay a maximum of $600 per transaction. Call 1-800-672-2405 for Western Union phone payments.
Pay in-person: In-person payment centers are located in Idaho, Wyoming and Utah. Customers can search for approved payment locations on the Rocky Mountain Power website.
Pay by mail: Payments by mail are accepted in check and money order form. Customers should never send cash through the mail as Rocky Mountain Power cannot guarantee cash payments will be received intact. Mail payments to:
