Pay online (account access): Customers can register for account access through Republic Services. With account access, customers can pay your Republic Services bill online at https://secure3.billerweb.com/alw/inetSrv. You must have your account number to schedule your payment.

Pay online Just Pay It: If you don’t wish to register for online account access, you can choose to make a one-time payment. The one-time payment service is called Just Pay It. You will need your account number and billing zip code to make your payment.

Pay by mail: No mailing address is listed on the Republic Services website, but that doesn’t mean customers cannot send payment for services. Republic Services companies have 348 different addresses, so check your bill or call the local office for the mailing address of your local office.

How the Penalty Fees Work

Penalty fees will be assessed if you can’t make payment by the due date listed on your bill. Below is a list of possible penalty fees and amounts. Republic Services may charge different fees in different states.

  • Late payment fee: Unpaid accounts will be charged a $35 late fee. The customer has 60 days to make payment before the fee is added to the account balance.
  • Reinstatement: If your account is not paid shortly after the 60 days, service may be interrupted. You can reinstate your service with no additional fees by paying the account in full.
  • Collection: You may be responsible for collection costs if you don’t make a full payment within 120 days of your due date.
