The service allows customers to post payment in just a few moments. You need your account number and identification (social security number or driver’s license) to setup an account.
Pay by phone: Customers can call 1-713-207-7777 or 1-866-222-7100 to make a payment by phone. There is no fee listed for this service. Phone payments by credit card or bank account are accepted.
Pay in-person: Reliant Energy offers a payment location service for customers to pinpoint the nearest payment location.
