I Can’t Make a Payment

Reliant Energy offers various energy options for limited energy bills. When customers get behind on electric bill payment, customer service suggests calling immediately for information on payment options. Payment plan: Reliant Energy will work with customers to set up a payment plan for past due bills. Customers must call to set up the plan as online payment plans are not available from the electric company.
