How to Pay the Bill

Pay online: You can pay your PGW bill online at https://www.pgworks.com/index.aspx?nid=240. You must sign up for an online account to make payment online.

Auto pay: Customers must sign up for an online account through PGW to register for automatic payments. Payments will be deducted from your bank account each month on the due date. The program is free, but there could be a lag between setup and first automatic payment, so it is important to pay all bills until the bill amount is deducted.

How the Penalty Fees Work

PGW charges late payment penalty fees and returned check fees, but the specific amounts for these fees are not revealed via the customer service website online. We did find reference to security deposits for late paying customers.

  • Late payment security deposits: Customers sending late payments three times in a 12-month period will be required to pay a Late Payer Deposit. The deposit also applies if a customer sends two late payments back to back. The Late Payer Deposit will be held until the customer pays on-time for 12 months or 2 years have lapsed.
