Pay online: Customers can pay your McKinney Water bill online by visiting https://my.mckinneytexas.org/citizenaccess/. You will need to enter your email address and password. There is no service fees associated with online bill pay.

Automatic payment: Customers can have your McKinney Water bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on a monthly basis. The customer does not incur a service fee with recurring payments.
