Pay by drop box: A drop box is conveniently located on the north side of the Water Services Department Administration Building for late night and after-hours payments.

Pay by phone: Customers can call 1-816-513-0567 to make a payment or check account details 24 hours a day. Only credit card payments are accepted by phone.

Pay online: You can pay your Kansas City Water payment online at https://mywater.kcmo.org/login.aspx. You must register for an account before you can make a payment. Credit card payments are accepted online.

Pay automatically: Automatic bank drafts are gladly accepted by Kansas City Water. Customers must print off the form available online and mail the form to:

How Penalty Fees Work

  • Late payment charge: Kansas City Water will add 5% of the past due amount to your bill monthly until the bill is brought current.
  • Termination of service: $100 per instance.
