Pay by phone: Jefferson Parish Water offers an automated system for phone payments. The system accepts credit card payments (Visa, Discover and Mastercard). Call 1-504-736-6060 to make a payment. There could be a slight payment processing delay, so this option should not be used if your account is facing disconnection.

Pay in person: Customers can choose one of three locations to make a payment in person.
