How the Penalty Fees Work
If customers fail to pay their bill on-time, they could be responsible for late payment fees and disconnect charges. Other fees may also apply.
- Returned check fee: $25 per returned payment.
- Late payment charge: 2% of the account balance.
- Reconnect charges: $37 (during normal working hours); $96 (after hours).
