How the Penalty Fees Work

The fees GE Money charges vary, depending on your individual credit history and the terms and conditions of your account. The typical fees associated with the GE Money card are interest charges, variable Annual Percentage Rate, late payment fees and transaction fees.

  • Late payment – Customers that remit payment past the established due date are charged a late payment fee of $35. The fee increases the later GE Money receives the payment.
  • Finance charges – GE Money charges a minimum finance charge of $1 on purchases.
