How to Pay the Bill

Payment options are different from Atlantic City Energy and Delmarva Power.

Pay Delmarva online: You can pay your Delmarva bill online at https://www.delmarva.com/home/billing/pay/default.aspx. You’ll have to register for an account or login with your current account details.

Pay Atlantic City Electric online: You can pay your Atlantic City Electric bill online at http://www.atlanticcityelectric.com/home/billing/myaccount.aspx. You can choose to login as a new user or a return user.

Pay by mail: Customers for Delmarva and Atlantic City Electric can make payments by mail. Mail payments for Delmarva to:

How the Penalty Fees Work

Delmarva Power charges the following fees to customers breaking the terms and conditions of the account.

  • Returned checks: $15 per check.
  • Late payment fee: 1.5% of the past due account balance.
  • Restoration charge: $75 (normal business hours Mon to Fri), $125 (after hours Mon to Fri), $125 (weekends and holidays) and $175 (any day between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m.)

Atlantic City Electric has a different fee structure.

  • Returned checks: $7.64 per check.
  • Late payment fee: 0.877% of the past due account balance per month.
  • Reconnection fee: $15
  • Disconnection fee: $15
