What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your Conectiv Bill
Conectiv is an electric company that has dissolved into to other companies – Delmarva Power and Atlantic City Energy. Both are PHI companies offering online bill pay and account access.
How to Pay the Bill
Payment options are different from Atlantic City Energy and Delmarva Power.
Pay Delmarva online: You can pay your Delmarva bill online at https://www.delmarva.com/home/billing/pay/default.aspx. You’ll have to register for an account or login with your current account details.
Pay Atlantic City Electric online: You can pay your Atlantic City Electric bill online at http://www.atlanticcityelectric.com/home/billing/myaccount.aspx. You can choose to login as a new user or a return user.
Pay by mail: Customers for Delmarva and Atlantic City Electric can make payments by mail. Mail payments for Delmarva to:

Pay by phone: Customers for Delmarva Power can make phone payments at 1-800-375-7117. Customers for Atlantic City Electric can pay by phone at 1-800-642-3780. Both payment options require customers pay a $6.25 fee per $600 payment. Payments are accepted by credit card only.
Pay in person: You can choose to pay your Delmarva Power or Atlantic City Electric bill in person at one of the local payment stations. Delmarva Power customers can find payment station locations here and Atlantic City Electric customers can find payment station locations here.

Customers with one of the Conectiv companies can call 1-800-375-7117 (Delmarva Power) or 1-800-642-3780 (Atlantic City Electric) to inquire about fees. How the Penalty Fees Work
Delmarva Power charges the following fees to customers breaking the terms and conditions of the account.
- Returned checks: $15 per check.
- Late payment fee: 1.5% of the past due account balance.
- Restoration charge: $75 (normal business hours Mon to Fri), $125 (after hours Mon to Fri), $125 (weekends and holidays) and $175 (any day between 12 a.m. and 8 a.m.)
Atlantic City Electric has a different fee structure.
- Returned checks: $7.64 per check.
- Late payment fee: 0.877% of the past due account balance per month.
- Reconnection fee: $15
- Disconnection fee: $15
I Can’t Make a Payment
According to information provided on both the Conectiv websites, customers must contact the customer service department to place the bill on a payment arrangement. Delmarva Power allows customers to apply for payment arrangements online or contact 1-800-642-3780.
