How to Pay the Bill
If you need options when making your Cobb EMC bill payment, you can choose from one of several offered by the cooperative.
Pay online: You can pay your Cobb EMC bill online with Bill Matrix or Checkfree. Bill Matrix is available at https://payments.billmatrix.com/WebPay/Welcome.asp?pass=COBB223& and Checkfree is available at https://mycheckfree.com/br/wps?sp=10001&rq=bfbl.
Pay with autopay: The autopay option is available to customers who wish to setup bill payment to be deducted from a bank account each month. Customers must register with CustomerConnection to establish autopay.
Pay at a cash pay location: Customers can make in person payments at one of several locations. There is a $1.00 fee associated with in person payments.
Pay by mail: Customers can make payment by personal check or money order. Mail payments should be made out to Cobb EMC and sent to:
