About Your AIO Plan
All plans offer the same unlimited talk, text and data, but after the customer reaches the plan limit for high-speed data speed is reduced. While customers will never need to change AIO plan minutes, they may find they want to upgrade the amount of high-speed data they purchase each month. There are two ways to change AIO plan minutes or, in this case, MB of high-speed data. Customers can choose to log in to their account to change plans [+]. Alternatively, customers can access MyAIO from the free mobile application.
Plans Available from AIO
strong>Contract Plans: There are no contract plans offered by AIO wireless. All plans are prepaid.
Prepaid Plans: There are three plans from AIO wireless – Basic, Smart and Pro [+].
- Basic: All Basic customers receive unlimited talk and text with 250 MB of high-speed data. Only basic phones are allowed with the basic plan.
- Smart: The same as AIO Basic, but customers receive 2 GB of high-speed data. This plan is designed for both basic and smartphones.
- Pro: The same as AIO Basic, but customers receive 7 GB of high-speed data. This plan is designed for both basic and smartphones.
- AIO Gig: One GB of additional data can be purchased for $10 per month. The additional GB is added on to the current plan. If you change AIO plan minutes from a plan with less high-speed data to more high-speed data, you may not need the additional $10 package each month.
- AIO Tablet: Tablet plans are priced at $15 per month for 250 MB of high-speed data. Customers can choose to purchase a tablet designed for cellular coverage from a retail store or directly from AIO wireless.
- AIO Direct: For an additional $5 per month, AIO wireless protects the customers from the cost of replacing a mobile device due to damage or theft. There is a one-time deductible required before the phone or device will be replaced. Claims are limited to two per rolling 12-month period.
PayAsYouGo Plans: There is no need to change AIO plan minutes from a pay-as-you-go plan to a prepaid plan because AIO wireless does not offer pay-as-you-go options.
