How the Penalty Fees Work
There are several penalty fees associated with late payments customers of Cass County Electric pay if bill payment is not received by the date on the bill.
- Late payment fee: You will be charged $3 or 1.5% of the past due balance on all past due amounts
I Can’t Make a Payment

If your account is disconnected you’ll be required to pay all account balances and collection fees before service can be restored.
