What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your Carroll Electric Bill

Carroll Electric is an electric company cooperative serving portions of Arkansas and Missouri. Cooperatives offer memberships to residents applying for electric service. Typically there is a small membership fee associated with application. The fee may range from $5 to $15, or slightly more in some cases.

How to Pay the Bill

Carroll Electric Cooperative offers only a few payment options. Members can make payment by phone, computer and text message.

Pay online: You can pay your Carroll Electric bill online via Western Union at https://paynow7.speedpay.com/carrolleleccoop/index.asp. You will need the customer number and zip code as listed on the bill to make payment. There is a fee associated with using Western Union for bill payment.

Pay by text: If you register your cell phone with Western Union Speedpay. Only one cell phone can be attached to each account. After registration, you cause send a text message and make your Carroll Electric payment automatically. There is a $3.50 charge for each payment.

Pay by phone: Contact the customer service department to make payment by phone. The number for customer service is 1-800-432-9720.
