How To Pay The Bill
Capital One offers multiple ways to pay your bill, including online, by phone, and through the mail.
Pay online: To make your Capital One online payment, please visit https://servicing.capitalone.com/c1/login.aspx?redirect=MakePayment to login to your online account. If you do not already have an account, you will need to register for one before you can make your payment online.
Pay by phone: To make your Capital One payment by phone call 1-800-955-7070 and either follow the necessary prompts to use the automated system or speak to a customer service agent.
Pay by mail: To make your payment by mail, please send payment to the address on your bill. If you have misplaced your statement, use the payment mailing address finder to determine where to send your payment. You will need to enter the first six digits of your credit card account number.

How The Penalty Fees Work
