To pay your bill by phone, you have two options. You can pay using the automated system, which you reach by calling your local customer service number and following the prompts. Or, you can call and speak to a customer service agent and process the payment with them directly. If you process your payment with an agent over the phone, you will be charged an additional $5.

How The Penalty Fees Work
There is a late fee if you pay your payment past the due date listed on the bill, but the amount varies and depends on the services you have. There is a fee for returned payments, and if you are asked to return equipment and do not do so, you will be charged accordingly.
