What to Do When You Can’t Pay Your Burbank Water and Power Bill

Burbank Water and Power supplies electric and water services to more than 40,000 homes in Burbank, California. The company also supplies electricity and water to businesses in the area. Burbank Water and Power uses smart meters. Smart meters are read from a main office instead of in person.
