How to Pay the Bill
Pay online: You can pay your BexarMet bill online at https://secure.bexarmet.org/. Registration is required to login to your account. After registering, you’ll be able to view past bills and pay current bills.
Pay by mail: If you no longer have the envelope included with your bill, send your personal check or money order payment to:

Pay at Western Union or Walmart: Both Western Union and Walmart locations accept payments for your BexarMet water bill. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit card, debit card and personal check. There may be a service fee charged.

- Late payment fee: 5% of the past due balance
- Water turn on fee: $25
I Can’t Make a Payment
It’s okay, everyone has trouble making payments once in a while. Don’t wait until your bill is past due to contact the customer service department because your bill will be 5% higher than it was to begin with. There are options to customers with financial problems.
- Senior or Disabled Customer Program: Credits the customer account $2 per month if the customer meets income qualifications.
- Senior Citizen Penalty Exemption: Customers older than 60 or those who are disabled are exempt from late payment charges.
- Disability Penalty Exemption: Customers receiving SSI payments for a disability are exempt from late payment fees.
