Questions About Your Billing Statement or Account?

The Bass Pro credit card is available as a store credit card and Visa card. The Outdoor Rewards FAQs offers information about card rewards, but lacks information on fees associated with the account. For more information on fees, customers can contact the customer service department at 1-800-421-2110 for Visa cards and 1-866-396-8254 for Bass Pro credit cards.

How The Penalty Fees Work

Pro Bass credit card schedule of fees states that their APR ranges from 12.99% to 20.99% on purchases and balance transfers. To avoid paying interest on your credit card pay the full balance by the end of your 25 day grace period. Penalty Fees are up to $35 for late payments, and up to $25 for returned payments. If your payment is less than $100 they will not assess a late payment fee.

I Can’t Make A Payment

When we contacted customer service and waited through the automated menu to get to a live representative, the polite gentleman stated that Bank of America/FIA does work with their customers if they have fallen behind on their payments on an individual, case by case basis. There is no additional fees or penalties for this service, they claim they want to help their customer get back on their feet and be able to pay their bill.

However forum boards give many negative reviews about reported harassment and unethical practices regarding their customer’s accounts.
