- Assurant Health Access: Fixed-benefit health plan that pays you or the health care provider a set amount for covered services no matter how much the service costs. There is no deductible with this plan. Assurant Health offers three fixed-benefit health plans to meet your needs. You can choose to add dental, critical illness or accident insurance to your fixed-benefit plan. The lifetime maximum benefit ranges from $1 million to $3 million.
- Assurant Major Medical: This health plan is more traditional. Policy holders choose a deductible, co-insurance amount and co-pay. Policy premiums will vary based on the details chosen for your plan. There are two major medical health insurance policies available from Assurant Health. There is no maximum lifetime benefit.
