Oklahoma City Utilities is a water company providing clean drinking water to more than 500,000 residents of the city. The water treatment plan can provide a maximum of 250 million gallons of water per day, but has yet to come close to that limit. Oklahoma City Utilities does not provide a unique website for water customers. Instead, customers must visit the city website and login to their water account from there.
How to Pay the Bill
Paying your water bill on-time reduces the risk of service interruption and penalty fees.
Pay online: With online account access, you can pay your Oklahoma City Utilities bill online at https://www.okc.gov/login2005/Login.aspx?MI=https://www.okc.gov/water/service/AccountInformation/TieAccounts.aspx&ReturnUrl=%2fwater%2fservice%2faccountinformation%2faccountlookup.aspx. You’ll need a user name and password to log-in. The user name and password is provided by the government website for Oklahoma.
Pay by phone: If you’d like to make a credit card payment, you can call 1-405-297-2833 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Credit cards accepted include Mastercard, Discover and Visa.

Questions About Your Billing Statement or Account?

I Can’t Make a Payment
Oklahoma City Utilities does not list any community programs for customers having trouble paying water, sewer or trash bills. These services are not covered under the LIHEAP program, but the Department of Human Services may have other programs available for low-income residents.
The best option is to contact customer service. The longer you wait to make the call, the more your bill could rise. If you continue to avoid the bill, your service will be disconnected and you could be facing reconnect charges, service charges and collection fees.
