How to Pay the Bill

Not everyone has the time to drop off a payment at the post office or visit a local payment center, so Kissimmee Utility Authority offers online payments for customer convenience.

Pay online: Pay your Kissimmee Utility Authority Bill online at http://services.kua.com/webbill/CustQuickPayLogin.aspx. This is a quick pay option so customers do not need to register for account access to pay their bill. You must enter your account number to view your current balance and make a payment.

Pay at Amscot: You can pay your bill at any Amscot location. There is a $1 fee associated with Amscot payments. To find an Amscot location near you call 1-800-801-4444.

Pay by phone: Contact the customer service department at 1-877-582-7700 to make a payment by phone. Payment methods accepted by phone include electronic check and credit card.

Pay in person: You can drop off payment in person or in the drop box at the Carroll St Kissimmee Utility Authority office.

How the Penalty Fees Work

  • Disconnect for non-payment (at meter): $35 (during normal business hours); $85 (after hours).
  • Disconnect for non-payment (at pole): $100 (during normal business hours); $150 (after hours).
  • Forced collection: $25
  • Returned payments: $25 (face value up to $50); $30 (face value $50.01 to $300); $40 (face value $300.01 and above).

I Can’t Make a Payment

Customers have the option of donating money to the Good Neighbor Energy Fund to help other customers pay electric bills. Customer service has more information on the Good Neighbor Energy Fund and how to apply for aid at 1-877-582-7700.

Customers wishing to place their Kissimmee Utility Authority bill on a payment plan should also use the customer service phone number to speak with a representative.
