  • Deferred payment – This service allows you to defer payment to a more convenient date. You are required to pay a minimum of 25% of the past due balance.
  • LIHEAP – This service is available through state and federal government agencies. The funds are designed to assist qualified low-income customers pay heating and cooling bills.
