Cass County Electric bill pay is available in various forms so customers have several options to make payments on-time. Mail is the slowest method of payment, so customers with a fast approaching due date should not send payments by mail.

- Late payment fee: You will be charged $3 or 1.5% of the past due balance on all past due amounts
