How to Pay the Bill
If you need options when making your Cobb EMC bill payment, you can choose from one of several offered by the cooperative.

Pay at a cash pay location: Customers can make in person payments at one of several locations. There is a $1.00 fee associated with in person payments.
Pay by mail: Customers can make payment by personal check or money order. Mail payments should be made out to Cobb EMC and sent to:

How the Penalty Fees Work

Reconnect fee: Charged to reconnect service if the customer account is disconnected for non-payment.
