I Can’t Make a Payment
If you can’t pay your City of Minneapolis Utility bill feel free to contact the customer service department at 1-612-673-1114. There is no mention of payment plans or payment assistance on the official city website. Typically, a payment plan helps customers pay off a past due balance in smaller, more affordable payments.
If you place your past due balance on a payment plan, you will be responsible for current charges in addition to the payment plan.
Will They Work With Me to Pay My Bill?
