How to Pay the Bill
Pay online: You can pay your Service Electric bill online from the MyAccount page; no matter where your service is distributed. You must register at https://lookup.sectv.com/MyAccount/LV/aspEnroll.aspx?strOrigin=LV to make an online payment.
Pay by mail: Customers have the option of sending bill payments via personal check or money order to the Lehigh Valley address. Customers must write their account number on the bill to ensure proper payment processing and credit.

How the Penalty Fees Work
Service Electric does not openly list penalty fees, but we did find reference to a few fees the company charges in the Internet Service Agreement.
- Returned payment fee: $20 per returned payment
- Late payment fee: Charged to your bill if not paid by the due date
- Reconnect fee: Charged if your service must be reconnected after non-payment
- Labor charges: Charged for moving service or reconnecting, in some cases.
I Can’t Make a Payment
There is no mention of payment help on the Service Electric website. In most cases, cable companies and other utilities will work with customers to place a past due balance on a payment plan. Customer service is available at 1-800-232-9100 to discuss a payment plan.
There are no local, state or federal programs to help customers with cable and Internet bills. These utilities are not considered life-sustaining and thus not supporting with grants and financial help programs.
