Types of Accounts at Staples
There are several different types of accounts at Staples, and depending on which account you have, and each account has different uses and different benefits:
- The Staples Business Account allows you to completely pay your bills or carry a balance, and it automatically enrolls the holder in the Staples Rewards program.
- The Staples Commercial Account is great for large organizations that pay off the balance each month. This account offers free delivery and enrollment in the Staples Rewards program.
- The Staples Personal Account offers flexible payment plans and is great for individual customers that want flexible payment plans.
Each of these cards has its own benefits and drawbacks, so determine which card is right for you and you can begin earning rewards at any Staples location.
How to Pay the Bill
There are several ways that you can make a payment on your Staples bill.

By visiting any Staples location, you can make a payment with cash, check, or credit card.
