As with many DIY hardware stores, contractors and homeowners can earn rewards in the form of coupons and rebates with Menards credit cards. The BIG Card is for the average home owner and offers the following benefits:

• $10 in-store certificate rewarded when you’ve charged your first $100

• Membership in the BIG Card Savers Club
• 1% annual rebates when you purchase from Speedway, Holiday, SuperAmerica, Kwik Trip, and Kwik Star gas stations and stores

The Contractor Card allows contractors to:

• Manage your account online to assess balance, available credit and amount due
• View all your recent transactions in an itemized list
• View and print statements and invoices online
• Pay your bill online for free

How to Pay the Bill

Pay online:

You can pay your Menards bill online. Simply log into the Menards bill pay center and provide payment information to pay off your balance. The online payment center is here: https://www.hrsaccount.com/hrs/ecare?cmd_Redirect=Home&acctOrg=226&logoCode=000.

Contractors can access their account and pay their bills at the Online Account Management page. Once again, log in and provide payment information.

Questions About Your Billing Statement or Account?

The Menards credit card is funded by HSBC, thus the Terms and Conditions are found outside the Menards credit website. Customers will find general account and billing information, but detailed information on penalty fees, transaction fees and taxes are only available from customer service at 1-800-298-4240.

How the Penalty Fees Work

The Menards BIG Card features a 24.99% APR. Late fee penalties are based on how much is still owed on your credit card for each billing period after the minimum payment is paid. The late fee will never exceed the minimum payment due. For balances of $15-$50, you’ll be charged $10. For balances of $50-$100, you’ll be charged $20. For balances of $100-$500, you’ll be charged $25. And for balances over $500, you’ll be charged $35.

If you pay your balance with a check and the check bounces, you’ll be charged $25.

I Can’t Make a Payment

We could not talk to a representative without entering an account number for the BIG Card, so were unable to ask them about their service to customers who have fallen behind on their account. However, we did learn that HSBC is the bank that supports the Menards BIG Card. From online reviews, it seems they have a standard payment plan in place for those who need some help with their Menards BIG Card debt.
